Contribute the pack

A country is a folder of files an accountant can read, not code. In short:

  1. 1Copy the pack that resembles Norfolk Island most intopacks/nf/
  2. 2Fill it in from the law, citing each source, then build it:ekwo pack build nf
  3. 3Open a pull request with the pack and what the build wrote.

A new pack is published as community: contributed, and not yet read by an accountant. A professional can review it later, under their own name.
